Q. Why did you launch Simply Psychics?

A. We took a look a a very busy and expanding UK market, and decided that due to the growth of corporates and the IT nature of some US competitors now in the field, that the brands had lost the ‘human touch’, bearing in mind the nature and scope of the services we felt many brands didn’t achieve this and were simply about commercial gain.

 

Q. So how did you feel your offering differed?

A. We did our research and even psychic readers themselves agreed there was a need for a highly talented collection of truly spiritual readers – and I am not just talking about the ‘so so’ level of clairvoyancy and mediumship out there, but a distinctly concentrated level. We then analysed pricing levels and decided we to position ourselves in a way that made our offering available to all, so essentially competing on price but with a definitive customer centric approach.

A. We have already established Simply Psychics in Ireland and Australia in addition to the UK. We have a clear and defined growth strategy which centres around the online market place. At the back end of last year we launched into the events arena, and now hold regular mediumship & psychic events at premier venues – helping to bring mediumship as a genre out of the spiritualist churches and into more mainstream markets – which I believe is essential for proper understanding, growth and respect for what is, in my mind, the greatest service and gift to mankind which holds an important message for everyone, not least to ease society’s fear of death.
