I learned this last year but it took me about 2 hours and 30 minutes to feel, i wanted to learn it because ive heard that i can move things with it which hasnt actually happened..But when i practiced this too much I can feel it all the time since 6 months ago..The feeling never goes away but it has been getting weaker.. Im not saying if this is a good or bad thing but i just thought you might want to know about it.

I think because our emotional states vary so much so will how we experienc the energy at differnent times dont be troubled by this because the fact you can feel energy at all is fantastic
